1. Who we are

Peak is run by Highgate AS (organisation number 930 718 424 MVA), 6007 Ålesund, Norway. You can reach us at contact@peakarr.com.

We're responsible for the personal data described here.

2. About you

• Your name, email, and profile picture from the account you sign in with.
• What you add to your workspace, like your answers, the companies you keep, and your call notes.
• Your plan, token use, and purchases. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.
• A cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic logs to keep the service secure.

We use this to provide Peak to you and keep it secure.

3. About people at companies

To help businesses reach each other, we save business contact details of people at companies: name, job title, role, work email or phone number, and a LinkedIn profile, together with where they were published. We only use public sources, like business registries, company websites, and search results.

We do this based on legitimate interest, and other businesses using Peak can see these details. If you're one of these people, you can object at any time, and we'll delete your details.

4. Who processes it

Service providers for hosting, storage, AI, sign-in, and payments process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements. When data leaves the EU/EEA, we use approved safeguards. We never sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Your data: while you have an account, and up to 30 days after you ask us to delete it. Contact details of people at companies: while they're relevant, or until someone objects.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, or take a copy of your data, limit how we use it, or object. Write to contact@peakarr.com. You can also complain to Datatilsynet.

7. Changes

We update the date above when this policy changes, and tell you about changes that matter. See also our terms of service.
