1. Who we are

Peak is run by Highgate AS (organisation number 930 718 424 MVA), 6007 Ålesund, Norway. You can reach us at contact@peakarr.com.

2. The service

Peak helps businesses find, research, and call other businesses. It's for business use, and it's still changing, so features may change or be unavailable at times.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18, and you're responsible for your account and what happens in your workspace.

4. Plan and tokens

AI work in Peak uses tokens. New workspaces get a few free tokens to try it. The monthly plan includes tokens for each paid period, which don't carry over, and you can buy extra tokens that don't expire. Payments are handled by our reseller, Creem, and the plan renews each month until you cancel it.

5. Using it responsibly

• Follow the law when you contact people, including data protection and marketing rules.
• Stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
• Don't spam, resell or publish the data, copy it in bulk, or misuse the service.

6. Accuracy

Leads, facts, and call sheets come from AI and public sources, and can be wrong or out of date. Check what matters before you rely on it.

7. Your content

What you add stays yours. You let us process it only to provide Peak, as described in our privacy policy.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account at contact@peakarr.com. We may close accounts that break these terms.

9. Liability

Peak is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Changes and law

We update the date above when these terms change, and tell you about changes that matter. Norwegian law applies, and disputes go to Sunnmøre District Court (Sunnmøre tingrett).
